Course Objectives Aim of the lecture is to comprehend principles of 1982 Constitution, regime of fundamental rights and freedoms, provisions of executive, legislative and judicial powers.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Compare constitutional institutions
  • Solve constitutional problems
  • Use the basic concepts of human rights law
  • Analyze the court decisions related to constitutional law
  • Evaluate constitutional problems related to legislature, executive and judiciary
Course Description This is a course in which the infrastructure relating to the establishment and functioning of the constitutional order of Turkey is taught, based on knowledge and reasoning.
