| Course Objectives | Within the scope of the Capital Market Law course, the basic concepts of the capital market, the approach of the Capital Market Law to the problems and the way of solution, clarify the relationship with other branches of law, especially the commercial law. The structure and functions of the Capital Market Board, which is the regulatory authority, are also explained. |
