| Course Objectives | The aim of this course is to teach students the basic principles of transportation law, relevant legislation and case law, and to make students familiar with the problems they may encounter in practice by making practical studies. |

| Course Description | The concept of transportation law and its scope. Types of transport; road, sea, waterway, airway, railway, pipelines. National and international sources of transportation law. The order of provisions applicable to the Transport Law. International transport of goods; concept, elements, documents used, documents proving the contract of carriage, sub-carriage and real carriage contracts, multiple carriage, parties of carriage agreements, third parties, transportation intermediaries, obligations of the parties, legal and dispute resolution disputes in transportation disputes. |
