Course Objectives It is aimed to convey theoretical and practical information on proof, presentation of evidence, special cases in the case, legal remedies, temporary protection measures, arbitration and mediation in the case.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Discuss the basics of proof
  • Evaluate the concepts of interim decisions, final decisions and final judgment.
  • Classify temporary legal protection measures.
  • Discuss the process of remedies.
  • Analyze other dispute resolution methods such as state judiciary and mediation for the resolution of disputes.
Course Description The course includes burden of proof, means of proof, effect of judgements and enforcement procedures, interim and conservatory measures, mediation, arbitration.
