Course Objectives The aim of this course is to apprehend the importance and the function of social rights within the fundamental rights, to examine comparatively international documents, constitution and other regulations and legal practice about them.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To define social rights and the importance of them within the context of fundamental rights.
  • To discuss about the historical development of social rights regarding to human rights.
  • To explain international social rights documents and supervision and sanction systems.
  • To examine the rules and institutions related with social rights in national law,
  • To discuss about legal practice within the main areas of law in the light of social rights.
Course Description To examine international and national law and legal practice in the light of social rights.
