Dean's Message

Dear Students,

We set out with the goal of training qualified legal professionals who shape the needs of the modern age. Our program is designed to provide you with a solid understanding of the foundations of our legal system, which has roots extending back to Roman law, while also offering opportunities to explore new branches of law emerging from contemporary social, economic, and technological developments.

Our aim is to ensure that you internalize the values of the Republic and the universal principles of law, enabling you to develop the most appropriate solutions to legal problems. A legal professional is both inquisitive and critical. Legal reasoning is not subjective but objective, grounded in evidence. Training legal professionals who grasp the fundamental concepts and theories of law without losing touch with real-life realities demands particular care. Therefore, our curriculum is meticulously crafted to cover all aspects of public and private law, including mandatory courses in English. The compulsory and elective courses within the curriculum are designed to enhance your ethical values as well as your analytical and critical thinking skills.

At our Faculty, education is complemented by scientific activities such as symposiums, seminars, and conferences, alongside theoretical courses and practical ones like legal clinics.

We continuously reflect on what a legal education should entail in the digital age and strive to prepare you for these changes. Therefore, when shaping our roadmap, we value the input of our students, the public, the private sector, and non-governmental organizations.
