Our Dean Gave a Presentation at the Roundtable Event on Compensation in Industrial Property Infringement Cases
Prof. Dr. Sevilay Uzunallı, Dean of the Faculty of Law at İEÜ, delivered a presentation titled "Compensation Claims Due to Trademark Infringement" at the INTA Roundtable meeting on “Compensation Calculation in Lawsuits Arising from Industrial Property Rights Infringement,” organized in cooperation with the International Trademark Association (INTA) and hosted by Moroğlu Arseven Law Partnership.
