Course Objectives | The aim of the course is to evaluate the situations / individuals dealt with correctly by a lawyer and make judgments without ignoring the ethical values and to the ability to solve the ethical problems and to cope with these problems. |

Course Description | Concepts of judicial ethics lesson, ethics, public ethics and judicial ethics, the methods of analyzing and evaluating whether a behavior or action is ethical, the historical and philosophical foundations of the ethics of ethics, the universality of the principles of judicial ethics, national and international sources, the Supreme Court Judicial Ethics The structure and functioning of the Board, developments in judicial ethics in comparative law, how the principles of judicial ethics are interpreted and evaluated by the high courts in the domestic and foreign jurisdictions and in the case law of the European Court of Human Rights.. |
