Asist. Prof. Dr. Ebru AKDUMAN Attended the Symposium Titled "Right to Asylum and Judicial Review"
A symposium titled "Right to Asylum and Judicial Review" was organized by the Izmir Bar Association Migration and Asylum Commission on the occasion of World Refugee Day on June 13-14, 2026. Judges, academics, lawyers, and representatives of non-governmental organizations attended the symposium, where the opening speech was delivered by the President of the Izmir Bar Association, Atty. Sefa Yılmaz.
Asist. Prof. Dr. Ebru Akduman, a faculty member of the IUE (Izmir University of Economics) Faculty of Law, participated in the session of the program titled "Problems Experienced in Foreigners' Access to Civil Rights" with her presentation on "Family Reunification in Turkish Foreigners Law."
