Course Objectives | The main purpose of this course is to give general information about basic philosophy and sociology concepts and movements and to create a perspective on how these concepts and movements are reflected in legal theory and practice. |

Course Description | In this course, concepts such as right, law, justice and equality are examined in the context of natural law, legal positivism and legal realism theories, and problems such as the sociological origin, effectiveness, function and historical evolution of law are discussed. |
