Course Objectives The main aim of this course is to teach nature, scope and method of collecting public receivables and legal remedies against collection transactions.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Define the public receivables
  • Compare enforcement codes.
  • Explain the means to secure public receivables.
  • Analyze remedies against the actions of public authorities
  • Apply the provisions of Collection Code to the concrete problems.
Course Description In this course, the scope, types, qualifications and collection procedure of public receivables are discussed together with the judicial remedies against the collection transactions.
