Course Objectives Criminal procedural law deals with whether a crime is committed or not, by whom it is committed and which sanctions will be imposed if the crime is committed and a series of judicial activities (allegation, plea and prosecution). The purpose of Criminal procedural law course is to teach students basic principles of criminal procedural law which aims to find material facts and the rules of criminal proceedings respecting human rights.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
Course Description The course begins with the basic principles of criminal procedural law. This basic principles consists of the protection of human rights, prohibiton of analogy, preparation and form of prosecution and principles of proof. Application area of criminal procedural rules, restraints to cognisance, proceedings of criminal procedural law, subjects of cognisance, cognisance participation, safety measures, compensation for safety measures, investigation, prosecution, conciliation and seizure, ordinary and extraordinary legal remedies and expenses of prosecution will be the subjects of this course.
