| Course Objectives | The World Trade Organization (WTO) is an administrative and legal body that oversees international rules, processes, and procedures that regulate trade between countries. Resolving trade disputes is one of the WTO's primary functions. The WTO has one of the most dynamic international dispute resolution systems in the world. |

| Course Description | In this course, the basic concepts of international economic law will be discussed with a focus on the World Trade Organization. Additionnaly the place of WTO agreements in international law, the dispute resolution mechanism within the WTO, and dispute resolution rules will be discussed in the light of practical examples. |
