| Course Objectives | The aim of this course is to examine the scope of intangible cultural heritage within the scope of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage and to reveal the measures to be taken for the protection of this heritage and the obligations of the states. |

| Course Description | In this course, the issue of the protection of intangible cultural heritage, including the nature and scope of intangible cultural property, measures to protect heritage, state obligations, cooperation on heritage protection, will be examined within the framework of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. |
